B.A.C.C.T. NEWS

Hi and Welcome everybody!!! Me (Colin) and Ted have been preparing all year for our ceremony wich is July 14-16 at Camp Mitigwa. We will be performing the Pre Oreal and Ordeal Ceremonys. We along with Dan Kurtainbach & Matt Spencer (the other 2 members of the team) will attempt to do the best ceremony of all chapters!!! Me,Ted & Dan recently practiced at Mitigwa and watched as the Hawkeye Chapter Ceremony Team preformed the Pre Ordeal and Ordeal ceremonys. They were pretty good but we think that we can do better. We are continuing to further improve our parts untill the time to perform comes. Ted and I invite you all to come out July 23-25 @ Camp Mitigwa and see for yourselfs how good our chapter is at ceremonys!!! Unitll then...

Troop 196 OA Members News

Ah its summer at last!!! That means that there is more free time on your hands and more OA stuff going on!!! First of all in your last edition of "The Mitigwa Chief" you should have gotten a schedule of when all the Ordeal cerememonys will be. I invite you to go and see the calling out ceremony ,wich is a truly great ceremony, and the Pre Ordeal and Ordeal ceremonys!!! Our Chapter will be performing the ceremonys on July 14-16 @ Mitigwa. Please come and see our chapters ceremony if nothing else. Well the OA meetings have stopped and will resume sometime in August or September. Fall Fellowship is coming up August 27-29 (i think) and all of you that have qualified for Brotherhood can become Brotherhood at Fall fellowship. Plus all of our new Ordeals can get their "work weekend" requirement done there but you have to wait till April to get your brotherhood. All of you who have Ordeal for a while now PLEASE GET YOUR BROTHERHOOD!!! Its really easy and the ceremony is only like an hour so please get it at Fall Fellowship if you can or ask Paul Vogtlin or Brian Nelton about how or where to get brotherhood!!!Once again..Untill next time...
